Dora D. Eaton is the clinical coordinator of the Graduate Counseling Psychology (GCP) program, overseeing student field placements with a focus on advising, placement success, and program support. She has also taught Advanced Child Psychopathology and Wellness in the GCP program. Eaton previously worked in higher education student engagement, supervising student staff, developing spiritual programming, supporting faith-based initiatives, advising student clubs, and facilitating alternative spring break experiences. She is a master's-level trained LPC in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida. In addition, she is part of a collaborative clinical practice providing comprehensive Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Having completed both core and advanced DBT training, she values the approach’s emphasis on genuineness, validation, and collaboration to help clients build lives they find meaningful.

Dr. Ahmed Ghuman is a licensed clinical psychologist who earned a PsyD in clinical psychology from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He also holds an MBA in general business administration from La Salle University. In his clinical work, Ahmed utilizes an integrative approach of humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy. Additionally, he specializes in positive psychology and uses a strengths-based approach rooted in positive psychotherapy with his clients. His areas of interest include self-esteem, happiness, motivation, resilience, meaning and purpose, religious and spiritual identity, and multicultural concerns. Ahmed has been teaching at De Val since 2012 for both the undergraduate and graduate programs. His graduate courses include Group Counseling, Assessment in Counseling, Career Counseling, Lifespan Development, Concepts of Psychopathology and Wellness, Advocacy and Social Justice, and Multicultural Counseling.
Dr. Ahmed Ghuman, Adjunct Professor of Counseling Psychology
Dr. Hopkins teaches the Autism Across the Lifespan course in the Graduate Counseling Psychology program at Delaware Valley University (DelVal). Previously, Dr. Hopkins created and taught coursework in DelVal’s Graduate School of Education. Dr. Hopkins is currently the director of Special Education for the Urban Teaching Residency (UTR) program with GSE through the University of Pennsylvania. Since 2005, she has created coursework for certification in special education and disabilities studies for local universities. She has developed the Special Education Certification into an online program and teaches students seeking general education certification the coursework for working with students in an inclusive environment. Additionally, she is the founder of UTR’s VAST LIFE fieldwork experience. In addition to her work in higher education, Dr. Hopkins spent 23 years teaching students with moderate to severe disabilities. She has been a supervisor of Special Education and is currently the executive director of Pupil Services for Centennial School District.
Dr. Morgis emphasizes connection and positive relationships in all her work. Clinically, as a Marriage & Family Therapist, she helps individuals, couples, and families correct negative patterns of interaction.

Dr. Matthew Mutchler brings his passion for teaching and clinical practice to the counseling psychology programs at Delaware Valley University. In his teaching, Dr. Mutchler strives to relate course material to students' past experiences, current lives, and future goals. He emphasizes vibrant class discussions and experiential learning. His research interests include counselor development and self-efficacy, ethical dilemmas, and developing methods to work conjointly with divorced or separated parents.
