The Office of the Bursar offers the following student services:

Student billing

  • Administering payment plans
  • Issuing refunds on student accounts
  • Administering federal Perkins loan accounts

In addition, students who wish to open a Ram Dollars account must sign a Ram Dollars agreement in our office.

Our objective is to provide our students and their families with information in a courteous and timely manner so that you may concentrate on your educational goals.

Make a payment from a bank checking or savings account using the routing number and bank account number, or pay by credit card or debit card. For payments from a bank account, there is no convenience fee. For credit or debit card payments, there is a 2.85% convenience fee.

Pay in person by cash, personal check, certified check, or money order.

We cannot accept credit or debit card payments for tuition accounts in our office or over the phone. To make a payment on your tuition account with a credit or debit card, pay online through TouchNet.

If you are an accepted student, you may submit your enrollment deposit ($400 for resident students, $200 for commuters or off-campus students) with one of the following methods:

  • Pay your enrollment deposit online using your credit or debit card.
  • Mail your check with your enrollment form to:

To affirm that students understand their financial responsibility to the University and to provide relevant information about official institutional policies, the acceptance of the Student Financial Responsibilities Agreement is required after acceptance and the issuance of credentials, and prior to registration. The agreement is found on Student Planning on the left hand side under "User Options" then "Required Agreements." Students will be required to accept the agreement three (3) times annually, with new agreements starting on February 1st, June 1st and October 1st each year.
