Holiday Concerts

Delaware Valley University will host Holiday Concerts Sunday, Dec. 4 at 3:00 p.m. and Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 7:00 p.m. The University usually hosts one Holiday Concert, but due to popular demand a second event was added this year. Guests are invited to enjoy a unique array of music for the season.  The performances will be held in the Delaware Valley University Life Sciences Building. There is no charge to attend.

A popular Doylestown tradition, this event is sure to get the audience into the holiday spirit. Featuring all four of the University’s ensembles (Chorale, Jazz Band, String Ensemble, and Symphonic Band), the concerts will feature popular holiday music, well-known carols, contemporary favorites and lesser-known gems.

"No matter your taste in music, you’re sure to be entertained and delighted by these talented students and community members," said Dr. Jack Schmidt, professor of music and chair of the liberal arts department.

DelVal is committed to presenting high-quality, entertaining, and educational programs suitable for audiences of all ages.
