2020 Youth Programs Forms
Once you've registered your child or teen, be sure to complete the appropriate form(s). This form provides our staff with the critical contact and medical information needed for everyone to have a safe and stress-free camp/program experience. Participants may not attend any camp/program without completed form(s) on file - there will be no exceptions. All forms must be completed and on file prior to the start of the camp/program

Early and Late Care
DelVal is excited to again to partner with the Doylestown Branch of YMCA of Bucks County to offer early and late care for all youth programs. Care starts as early as 7 a.m. and ends as late as 6 p.m. YMCA early and late care will take place on right here on DelVal’s campus. Registration for care is separate from camp/program registration:
YOUTH PROGRAMS REFUND POLICY
Program costs minus a $50 processing charge will be refunded for dropping an enrollment. Program costs minus a $100 processing charge will be refunded for dropping an enrollment less than one week before the start date of the camp/program. No refunds will be issued after the start of the first day of the camp/program. Fees are nonrefundable at any time. Camps/programs are not transferrable. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to email@example.com. A full refund will be issued if the University must cancel a camp/program for any reason and those enrolled participants will be given the opportunity to select another camp/program.
MICRO EXPERIENCE REFUND POLICY
Micro experience cost minus a $25 processing charge will be refunded for dropping an enrollment. No refunds will be issued for dropping an enrollment less than one week before the start date of the micro experience. A micro experience is not transferrable. Send requests for refunds to firstname.lastname@example.org. A full refund will be issued if the University must cancel a micro experience for any reason.
Frequently asked questions
Q: The camp/program we're interested in is full. Can I be added to a waitlist should a spot open up?
A: We do not keep waitlists as this is a live registration and the enrollment fluctuates as people sign up or drop camps/programs, and the seat may be taken again before we can contact individuals on the waitlist. If someone drops, the seat will become available in the online store.
Q: When and where is drop off and pick up?
A: Parents should arrive between 8:30-8:45 a.m. Park in Admission Lot C and walk your child/teen into the the Life Sciences Building. Pick up is at 3 p.m. also at the Life Sciences Building. Parents/guardians must show identification and sign a dismissal sheet. Do not leave your child/teen unattended or leave until they are checked in with their camp assistant/instructor. Staff will not be in place before 8:30 a.m. If you arrive early, you must wait with your child/teen. Parents arriving late to pick up will incur a $20 late fee per incident. See the YMCA extended care information below as an option if needed.
Q: I need to have a sitter or relative pick up my child/teen from camp/program on certain days? Is there anything I need to do?
A: If someone other than the parent/guardian on file is picking up your child/teen, please send us an email or handwritten note in advance indicating who we can expect and on which day.
Q: I work and need to drop off my child/teen early and pick up later than camp/program hours. Can that be done?
A: DelVal has partnered with the Central Bucks Family YMCA for extended care. Be sure to complete the extended care registration above for before and after care for each child as needed. Drop off and pick up is at the Life Sciences Building. Do not leave your child unattended or leave until they are checked in with their camp assistant/instructor. Staff will not be in place before 8:30 a.m. If you arrive early, you must wait with your child.
Q: I need to drop off my child/teen later than 9 a.m. Is there anything I need to do?
A: Email us with the time the child/teen will be arriving. Once you arrive on campus call our office at 215.489.4848 to speak to an administrator who will tell you where to meet them to drop off your child/teen. An assistant/instructor will escort your child/teen to their camp/program. Do not leave your child/teen unattended or leave until they are checked in with their camp assistant/instructor.
Q: What should my child/teen bring to campus each day?
A: Please pack: a non-perishable or cold-packed lunch, drinks and two snacks; a light sweatshirt or jacket (air-conditioned classrooms can be chilly); a poncho or an umbrella for rainy days since groups walk across campus for lunch, rain or shine.
