Orientation Checklist

We've put together a checklist that will help you address those last few "housekeeping issues" that need doing.

Certain sessions are mandatory while others are only recommended. For the best experience, you should participate in as many as possible.

At check in, we'll provide you with a map of campus as well as the checklist below. If you have any questions, please contact Darrah.Mugrauer@delval.edu

Mandatory:

  • Math Placement exam
  • Campus Security (take identification card photo)
  • Advising session
  • Residence Life presentation and form completion (if you plan on living on campus in the Fall)
  • Commuter Life presentation (if you plan on living off campus)

Recommended to visit (possibly take a tour):

  • Office of Financial Aid (2nd floor, Lasker Hall)
  • Bursar’s Office (2nd floor, Lasker Hall)
  • Dining Center (Levine Dining Hall)
  • Registrar’s Office (2nd floor, Lasker Hall)
  • Counseling Center (2nd floor, Segal Hall)
  • Bookstore (1st floor, Student Center)
  • Career Services Office (1st floor, Segal Hall)
  • Library
  • Athletics Department
  • Health Center
