Q. Will the course instructor be notified of a student's attendance?
A. Yes. The Writing Center works in conjunction with course instruction unless you come in on your own.
Q. What will happen during a tutoring session?
A. An English department faculty member or a trained student facilitator will review your assignment, point out areas of both strength and weakness, set up objectives to reach, suggest strategies for reaching these objectives, and encourage another draft and a return visit.
