Please note that, although Blackboard is available 24/7, live support is typically only available during regular college business hours, which are listed below:

  • August through May:  7:30 a.m - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays)
  • Summer hours:  8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday during the months of June and July

Problem Information:

  • Type of computer (PC or MAC)
  • Internet browser you are using
  • Description of the problem
  • The exact wording of any error message that you received (or a screen shot) 
  • Step-by-step directions of what you attempted to do when you experienced the problem
