Welcome to Delaware Valley University Office of Financial Aid.  You can apply for financial aid by you and your parent creating an Federal Student Aid ID (FSA ID) and then completing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).  The FAFSA is used by schools to put together your financial aid package, including grants, work-study, federal student loans, and even state and school financial aid.

Make sure you add Delaware Valley University’s school code (003252) to the FAFSA so we receive your information.  You can and should select to have your, and your parents tax information linked to the FAFSA by using the IRS Data Retrieval Tool (DRT.)  This tool provides FAFSA applicants and parents with the ability to transfer income tax information directly from the IRS to the FAFSA, eliminating the need to request a tax return transcript from the IRS.

Delaware Valley University’s Office of Financial Aid will receive your FAFSA information electronically.  If you are selected for verification by the Federal Government, we will request other documentation from you and or your parents.  This information should be submitted to the Office of Financial Aid as soon as possible.

The target date for notifying students of their financial aid awards is in January.
