During the Fall 2011 Final Exams

If a closing or delay occurs during final exams, we will use Monday, December 19 for make-up exams, using the same time and location as scheduled on the original day.  If this were to happen on two days, the affected exams would be given on Monday, December 19 and Tuesday, December 20 for the first day of exams missed and the second day of exams missed respectively.  If there is a delayed opening (two hours late) during final exams, exams will begin with the second exam scheduled for that day, 10:15 a.m. First period exams will be made-up on Monday, December 19 at the originally scheduled time.

During the Spring 2012 Semester: (Monday through Friday day classes)

For students and faculty, a two hour late opening means the first and second periods are CANCELED (8:00 a.m. – 10:40 a.m.).  In the event of a two hour delay, all non-essential staff, regardless of your start time, will be expected to arrive by 10:30 a.m. If the College is closed, day classes are CANCELED.

In the event of a mid-morning weather emergency, please check your campus email for instructions.

A separate announcement will be made for the cancellation of Evening and Weekend College classes.  The radio and television stations will be notified by 2:00 p.m. for Evening College class cancellations Monday through Friday. The Weekend College class cancellation announcement will be made by 6:30 a.m. for morning classes and 10:30 a.m. for afternoon classes.
