What is eAccounts?

eAccounts is an online account management system that allows students to manage their DelVal student ID Card, view their RAM and Flex activity, and make deposits to their RAM Dollars accounts 24/7. This system also allows non DelVal students to make guest deposits to RAM dollars for a student electronically via a credit card payment.

How do I log into eAccounts?

You log into eAccounts with the same username and password used to view your email. 

How do I view my Flex and Ram Dollars balances?

Once you are logged into eAccounts, your home page will show your balance on the left hand side of the page.  If you have not yet opened a Ram Dollars account, only the Flex account will show.  Please note that Flex is assigned with your meal plan.  Students that do not have an active meal plan will have a Flex account balance of zero.

How do I view my Flex and Ram Dollars transactions?

Transactions can be viewed in numerous ways.  Under Accounts / Account Transactions, you can search for a specific time frame, amount, and location.  Under Accounts / Account Statements, you can view your transactions for each month.  Flex and Ram Dollars statements are separate.

I want to add funds to my Ram Dollars account.  How do I do that?

Once you are logged into eAccounts, under the Ram Dollars balance on the home page, chose the +Add Money link.  This will take you to a payment page where you can enter your credit card information.  Once all of the required information is entered, you select Submit, the funds will be made available immediately for use by the student.

Can anyone else add Ram Dollars to my account?

Yes.  On the log in page for eAccounts select Make a guest deposit and follow the instructions.  The person will need the 6 digit student id # to complete the transaction.  If the student does not have a Ram Dollars account, a message will appear and the transaction will not be able to be completed. 

I lost my ID card.  What do I do?

If you have lost your card, log into eAccounts and deactivate your card so that it cannot be used.  From the home page, chose Deactivate Card under the Card Services menu.  Your card can be reactivated through eAccounts if found by choosing Activate Card  under the Card Services menu.  If you do not find your card, a new one will have to be issued to you by the Office of Public Safety and Security.
