Insurance verification information must be done yearly. All full-time (12 or more credits) undergraduate students in the 2016 fall term must enroll or waive the University's annual health insurance. If you do not go online starting June 1, 2016 and verify your insurance plan or enroll in the University plan by the deadline of September 20, 2016, you will be put on registration hold. IMPORTANT: You will be charged a $200 late fee if you register as full-time by July 31, 2016 and fail to either waive the insurance or make approved arrangements to pay the premium by that date, or if you register full-time after August 1, 2016 and fail to either waive the insurance or make approved arrangements to pay for it before your arrival on campus.  If you do not respond by September 20, 2016 your account will be charged $1,676 for the annual insurance ($1,822 for Summer Bridge students). This charge is non-refundable.

If you are a full-time (12 or more credits) undergraduate student for the first time this academic year in the 2017 spring term, you must enroll or waive the University's health insurance plan. If you do not go online starting December 9, 2016 and verify your insurance plan or enroll in the University plan by the deadline of February 12, 2017, you will be charged $974 for the spring insurance. This charge is non-refundable.  IMPORTANT: You will be charged a $200 late fee if you register as full-time by December 15, 2016 and fail to either waive the insurance or make approved arrangements to pay the premium by that date, or if you register full-time after December 15, 2016 and fail to either waive the insurance or make approved arrangements to pay for it before your arrival on campus.
