Delaware Valley College offers several methods of payment. ECheck is the least expensive, most secure and convenient way to pay. Simply provide the routing number from your Checking or Savings account, provided your bank participates in the Automated Clearinghouse Network (ACH), along with the account number and payment amount. There is no charge to pay via eCheck.

Payments in Person

The Bursar's Office, located on the 2nd Floor of Lasker Hall, is open 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Friday and 8:30 am - 6 pm Tuesday, Thursday.

Cash and Check are only payment types accepted for tuition, fees and room and board. Credit card payments are acceptable via QuickPay only. A computer is available at the Bursar's Office for online access to QuikPay.    

Payments by Mail

Paper Checks are accepted at the Cashier's Office or by the mail.

To ensure timely payments, include:

  1. The Student ID # on all checks.
  2. Print your eBill, and detach the bottom remittance section
  3. Enclose Remittance Form and Check

Credit Card Payments

The Cashier's Office is unable to take a credit card payment in person or over the telephone. Payment using a credit card is only possible using QuikPay online.

AMEX, DISCOVER and MASTERCARD payments are processed with a non-refundable 2.75% service fee, which appears on your credit card statement as a separate fee.
