The Office of the Bursar offers the following student services:

  • Student billing
  • Administering payment plans
  • Issuing refunds on student accounts
  • Administering federal Perkins loan accounts

In addition, students who wish to open a Ram Dollars account must sign a Ram Dollars agreement in our office.

Our objective is to provide our students and their families with information in a courteous and timely manner so that you may concentrate on your educational goals.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Note:  From June 3 to August 5, all University offices will close at 12 p.m. on Fridays. Normal Friday hours will resume after August 5.)

Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.


If you pay by check, please include the student's name and ID number on the check.

Make a payment from a bank checking or savings account using the routing number and bank account number, or pay by credit card or debit card. For payments from a bank account, there is no convenience fee. For credit or debit card payments, there is a 2.75% convenience fee.

Pay in person by cash, personal check, certified check, or money order.

We cannot accept credit or debit card payments in our office or over the phone. To pay with a credit or debit card, pay online through TouchNet.
