eRefunds will be processed the week of September 1st for those refund eligible students that set up an eRefund account via TouchNet by August 25th.  Refund checks will be made available for pick up in the bursar's office the week of September 8th. In order to be eligible for a refund, students must have completed all requirements for the Office of Financial Aid and have a credit balance. Please check your DelVal email for refund notification.


The Office of the Bursar is responsible for all student billing. We also handle payment plans, financial aid refund checks, and Perkins Loan accounts.
