Food Science Students Share Holiday Cooking on CBS3

Delaware Valley College Food Science students Teddy Truong, Justine Van Stone, Rachel Antenucci, Stephen Sosienski, Carly Bombolevicz and Tiffany Shands appeared with food science professor Dr. Anabelle Morales and food science department chair Bob Pierson on CBS3 Morning News this Tuesday, November 25.
Food science students and staff gave on-air examples on how to prepare a delicious, safe and home-made holiday meal this Thanksgiving season. Featured items included a roasted turkey, made-from-scratch cranberry sauce and easy-to-make fruit pies.
The cooking segment made four appearances of about three minutes each during the morning news.
