After earning her bachelor’s degree from Delaware Valley University, Julia Krout worked in the Laboratory Animal Science field while completing her Masters of Laboratory Animal Science degree at Drexel University. Before joining DelVal, she worked in NYC and PA at numerous research institutions and attaining her Certified Manager of Animal Resources (CMAR) certification, Laboratory Animal Technologist (LATG) certification, and graduating from the Institute of Laboratory Animal Management (ILAM) program.  Julia has worked with a wide variety of research animals including Aquatics, Gnotobiotics, and NHPs and oversaw compliance, staff and scientist training, and human resources matters.  A Warrington Native, Julia is happy to return to Bucks County and DelVal so she can also be more active with her family and resume volunteer roles with the local 4-H, American Legion, and local AALAS (American Association for Laboratory Animal Science) branch in her spare time.
