New Organic Crop Science course

Organics has reached center stage! Announcing a new course in Organic Crop Science (HT 2240 – 3 credits). The course will be offered for the first time in Spring 2007 and will be taught by Dr. Jackie Ricotta. It will deal with certification regulations and the organic production of fruits, vegetables, field crops, ornamentals, and turf. There will be an emphasis on hands-on practical experience.
