Housing Options
Delaware Valley College offers you a number of options when it comes to housing. A majority of our students choose to live on campus, rather than move off or commute.

Barness Hall Barness Hall is a freshman residence hall. Featuring traditional double rooms, Barness houses 68 students, with separate floors for men and women. The first floor features a TV and computer lounge. |

Berkowitz Hall Berkowitz Hall is the campus’s only all-women residence hall. Featuring traditional double rooms with built-in furniture, Berkowitz houses 107 upperclass and freshman students on separate floors. The first floor features a TV and computer lounge as well as a small laundry room. |

Centennial Hall Centennial Hall is an upperclass residence hall reserved for juniors and seniors. Centennial features suites for two, four and six students with a private bathroom in each suite. Sevety-seven men and women share the building, separated by suite. Centennial also features air-conditioning, a laundry room, a fitness room, a TV and computer lounge, a mini-movie theater and a game room. |

Cooke Hall Cooke Hall is a freshman residence hall. Featuring traditional double rooms, Cooke houses 74 students, with separate floors for men and women. The first floor features a TV and computer lounge. Cooke Hall holds a four-student apartment reserved for upperclassmen. |

Goldman Hall Goldman Hall is a traditional upperclass residence hall. Featuring double rooms and three triple rooms, Goldman is home to 99 students. Women reside on the first floor, while men and women share the Agricultural Lifestyle Floor on the second floor. Goldman also features a game room, meeting room, and TV and computer lounge. Additionally, a three-student upperclass apartment is located on the first floor. |

Samuel Hall Samuel Hall is a traditional freshman residence hall. Featuring double and four-person rooms, Samuel houses 100 students with separate floors for men and women. The first floor features a TV and computer lounge, as well as a large laundry room. |

South Hall South Hall is the campus’s newest residence hall, reserved for upperclassmen, and designated as substance-free living. South Hall features suites for two and four people with a private bathroom in each suite. Separated by suite, 305 men and women share the building. South Hall also features wall-to-wall carpeting, air-conditioning, a laundry room on every floor, a fitness room, a computer lab and three TV lounges. |

Ulman Hall Ulman Hall is one of the campus’s first buildings, and is a traditional freshman residence hall. Featuring double, triple and four-person rooms, Ulman houses 107 students, with men and women on separate floors. The first floor features a TV and computer lounge. |

Work Hall Work Hall is a traditional upperclassman residence hall. Featuring double, triple and four-person rooms, Work houses 128 students with men and women on separate floors. Work Hall is directly connected to Centennial Hall and has access to some of its amenities. Work Hall also features a TV lounge with a 55-inch TV on the first floor, as well as two laundry rooms. |
