Open House for New Graduate Programs in Counseling Psychology & Policy Studies
Join us for an Open House to learn more about our new Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology and Master of Arts in Policy Studies programs. Applications are now being accepted for the fall 2013 semester!
Speak with faculty about the new graduate programs as you plan the next step in your career…and grab a slice of pizza!
The Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology will:
- Prepare culturally competent practitioners to work in the mental health field
- Train graduates to engage in therapy, counseling, outreach, advocacy and research
- Provide an understanding of how social, cultural, political and economic factors influence human development
The Master of Arts in Policy Studies will:
- Prepare you to take leadership roles in developing policies to solve questions surrounding agriculture, food, sustainability, and development
- Take a holistic approach to understanding contemporary issues and the conditions surrounding them
- Address and seek out solutions to the pressing problems of our communities
