Here at DelVal, we're in the middle of a fast-paced move to University status. Our strategic planning phase occurred between 2008 and 2009, and we've been in execution phase ever since. We're looking for the best and brightest employees to help us take DelVal to the next level!

We're a small, private college located in suburban Philadelphia, and are in the process of becoming a university with four total schools:

  • The School of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences
  • The School of Life and Physical Sciences
  • The School of Business and Humanities
  • The School of Graduate and Entrpreneurial Studies

Fundamental to our strategic plan is the thoughtful positioning of the college in the higher education marketplace. These changes derive new relevance in the context of today's significant global challenges relating to the natural world and how humans interact with it. We're poised to become an important educator of students who are prepared to productively contribute to the health of the living world.
