Partnerships Partnership is an important word at Delaware Valley College. DelVal maintains important exchange programs with Hartpury College in England, the College of Agriculture Science and Education in Jamaica, and constantly seeks mutually beneficial partnerships with business, industry, government and other organizations. DelVal students also have the opportunity to work alongside world-class researchers through the college's relationship with the Hepatitis B Foundation of America (HBF). The HBF is a public health outreach program whose mission is to find a cure for hepatitis B virus infection and serve as a resource for those who need information and support. Many of the schools listed as partners are those with whom DVC has developed Articulation Agreements. These transfer agreements make it easy for students from other institutions to transfer to Delaware Valley College. Please see the Transfer section of the website for further information.
