Delaware Valley College provides technology Help Desk services to students, staff and faculty.  The help desk is part of Client Services.  The Help Desk can provide password resets, software and hardware support, classroom technology, telecommunications service, and network support.



The Help Desk (Client Services) can be reached at:

  • Walk-in - The help desk is located in the basement of Feldman, room 1. 

Hours:  7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday - Friday

 

Help Desk Forms

Service Call Request Form - use this form to report problems with technology - computer, printer, projector, etc.
