Network & Wireless Services at Del Val

Delaware Valley College provides both wired and wireless network services on campus. 

An interactive Wireless Network Coverage Map shows the location of wireless service areas on campus.  Wireless network coverage is continually being expanded.

Remote Access / VPN

Remote access and VPN connections are available for employees and for remote support purposes.
Please contact Technology Services at 215-489-HELP (4357) to discuss remote access, or if you have any questions concerning your current remote access connection.

A note about gaming on the network:

Some students would like to play online games or use certain applications while they are taking a break from their studies. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate every game or application for various reasons. There may be reasons why a certain game will not work. A lack of available bandwidth may also negatively impact your gaming experience.
Console systems, including Playstations, Xboxes and Wiis are allowed on the network. Depending on your console, your experience may vary. Some systems will have limited functionality.
You should also know that online games will not be allowed to adversely affect the network. Regular Internet traffic, which is likely to be used for academic purposes, will always have priority over gaming. Internet use which is not academic by nature is not guaranteed to operate correctly on the Delaware Valley College network.
