My DelVal Story

Growing up in Doylestown, I never thought DelVal would be my dream school. I never thought I would look forward to class or  club meetings or spending time on campus. I never imagined I would make so many friends from different places who were driven to my hometown for their education—but I did. I have experienced and seen more during my time at DelVal than I ever anticipated. From traveling abroad with professors, to attending international conferences, to starting a new club on campus; each experience has shifted the way I look at the world and how I see my role in the big picture. Reflecting back on my time as a part of the DelVal community, I am more than pleased with my experience. The two years I have been a part of this school have helped shape and mold me into the person I am today. Working hard, being open to new experiences and taking chances have driven every decision I have made at this institution and there is not a single experience I regret. The lessons learned and the memories made, will stay with me forever—I am proud to say I will always be an Aggie.

Hi Sarah,

Yes!  You have done wonderful things here at Delval!  Your passion and commitment shines as bright as your smile!  What a great job you have done as President of the Smile Station, and don’t forget to mention your leadership with Commuter Association and being a Presidential Fellow!  I am glad you have decided to continue your studies as a graduate student at Delval. The Delval community is not ready to give you up yet!  Keep spreading smiles!
