Your first year at DelVal is a time of learning to adapt to the new environment of college life. During your sophomore year, you should have a better understanding of what you want to achieve and your path to graduation.
Take these tips into consideration before beginning your sophomore year so you can make the most of your second year of college.
Declare your major. If you didn’t declare your major during your first year, choose one during your sophomore year. This will allow you to start taking classes that apply to your specific program. If you wait another year to choose your major, you may fall behind with your course requirements, extending the number of semesters you’ll need to attend college to complete your desired degree.
