Aggies Compete At DeSales University Invitational

CENTER VALLEY (PA) - The Delaware Valley College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the DeSales University Invitational. The women placed 13th out of 24 teams while the men were 14th out of 20 squads.

Freshman Brittany Schwartz paced the Aggies as her time of 25 minutes, 30.13 seconds was good enough for 16th place out of 214 runners. Rachel Federico (27:14.98) and Sara Brown (27:22.33) were 75th and 80th respectively.

On the men' side, freshman Chip Brumbaugh was 61st out of 191 competitors with a time of 29 minutes, 8.78 seconds. Kevin Weber was 83rd with a time of 29 minutes, 44.31 seconds while James Hammond finished two spots later with a time of 29 minutes, 45.25 seconds.
