Aggies Compete At Wilmington College Invitational

WILMINGTON (DE) - The Delaware Valley College men's and women's cross country teams compete at the Wilmington College Invitational on Saturday. The Aggie women placed seventh out of eight teams while the men did not have enough runners to qualify in the team standings.

On the women's side, Sara Brown was the top Delaware Valley finisher as her time of 23 minutes, 50 seconds was good enough for 10th place. Jennifer Del Polito placed seven spots later with a time of 24 minutes, 57 seconds. Jennifer Houghton was 34th with a time of 28 minutes, 5 seconds while Courtney Stern (30:39) and Jennifer Myers (31:06) placed 49th and 51st respectively.

Joshua Means paced the men as he finished 20th with a time of 33 minutes, 48 seconds. Dan Fersternmacher was 50 seconds behind Means and he placed 21st.
