MEN'S CROSS COUNTRY - Aggies Compete At Goldey Beacom Invitational

WILMINGTON (DE) - Mary Wheatley's 16th-place finish highlighted Delaware Valley College's participation at the Goldey Beacom Invitational. The Aggie women placed ninth out of 12 teams while the men were 10th out of 11 squads.

Wheatley ran the 5K race in a time of 21:45.31. Jen Dilworth took 35th (23:16.52) while Steph Lozowski (72nd - 26:43.26), Amy McLean (80th - 27:38.73) and Kristen Penn (81st - 27:40.39) rounded out the Delaware Valley runners.

The men's side saw Ryan Shank pace the Aggies as his time of 31:20.69 in the 8K run was good enough for 36th place. Kyle Wheeler and Mark Schmidt took 61st (33:33.81) and 68th (34:22.17) respectively while Brian Forsythe (78th - 35:42.14) and Andrew Gardner (81st - 35:53.43) also registered points for Delaware Valley.
