CROSS CONTRY: Aggie Men And Women Compete At Lehigh Invitational

LEHIGH (PA) - Both the Delaware Valley College men's and women's cross country teams competed at the 29th annual Lehigh University Paul Short Run. Team scoring was not recorded in the collegiate open event, which featured runners from all NCAA Divisions.

The Aggies had four male runners out of 184 competitors. The two Andy Hannah was the top finisher by placing 155th with a time of 30:14.43. Nick Fritz's time of 32:34.03 was good enough for 174th. Andrew Gardner (177th) and Mark Schmidt (184th) ran in the event as well.

There were 103 runners on the women's side, including three Aggies, Mary Wheatley paced the squad with a 80th-place showing and a time of 27:33.09. Elizabeth Foreman took 97th with a time of 31.29.62 while Amy McLean was 101st with a time of 35.25.46.
