Bryn Mawr College 3, Delaware Valley College 2

BRYN MAWR (PA) - In a battle of undefeated teams, Delaware Valley College and host Bryn Mawr College went the distance before the Aggies fell, 3-2, in a non-conference match. Game scores were 30-25, 25-30, 30-19, 19-30 and 15-9 in favor of the Owls (6-0).

The Aggies (4-1) were searching for their first 5-0 start in program history. They battled from 1-0 and 2-1 deficits to force their second straight, five-game match, but could not pull out the victory.

Andrea Wolf paced Delaware Valley with 20 kills while fellow senior Jackie Holdsworth contributed 13 kills and 23 digs and freshman Ashley Mikulsky notched 12 kills and 14 digs. Senior Bonnie Zobel handed out 44 assists and junior Kate Klish dug out 33 balls.
