Coach Rush

Shawn Rush is entering his fifth year as head coach of the Aggie volleyball team and he has improved the team with each passing season.

Last season, Rush led the Aggies to a 12-12 record and the first non-losing mark since 1998. During his tenure, Rush has had one player earn all-conference honors as Andrea Held was named to the second team in 2004. Held was also selected as the Freedom Conference Rookie of the Year that same season.

Prior to coming to Delaware Valley, Rush spent five years as an assistant coach with the William Tennent High School girls volleyball program. During that time, he was the head coach of the Panther's junior varsity team. Rush also has volleyball coaching experience with the Northampton Volleyball Club (2001 and 2002).

Rush graduated from Bloomsburg University in 1997.
