Lycoming College 3, Delaware Valley 1 (30-19, 23-30, 30-12, 30-21)

DOYLESTOWN (PA) - The Delaware Valley College volleyball team opened Freedom Conference action with a 3-1 home loss to Lycoming College. Game scores were 30-19, 23-30, 30-12 and 30-21 in favor of the Lady Warriors.

Lycoming improved to 3-4 overall and 1-0 in the conference while the Aggies fell to 0-4, 0-1.

Freshman Andrea Held notched seven kills, 10 digs and four blocks for Delaware Valley. Fellow rookie Jackie Holdsworth added five kills, 13 digs and two blocks while sophomore Lauren Silio finished with five kills and 10 digs. Sophomore Jackie May dished out 17 assists and also added four kills.
