AGGIES WIN ONE OF THREE AT PHIL. BIBLICAL TOURNAMENT

LANGHORNE (PA) - The Delaware Valley College volleyball team opened its season by winning one of three matches at the Philadelphia Biblical University Tournament. The Aggies posted a 3-1 victory (30-25, 30-19, 27-30, 30-20) over Cabrini College but lost 3-0 decisions to Philadelphia Biblical (30-15, 30-16, 30-24) and Bryn Mawr College (30-22, 30-15, 30-25).

Emily Traylor had 15 kills in the win over Cabrini while Laura Moore dished out 54 assists in that match. Liz Ryan blocked six shots and added 10 kills.

Traylor finished the three matches with 36 kills and 22 digs while Ryan had 34 kills, 12 digs, 10 blocks and nine service aces. Moore notched 136 assists and also provided 12 kills and 10 digs.
