Aggies Compete At Widener Invitational

CHESTER (PA) - The Delaware Valley College track and field team competed one last time before the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) Championships as the Aggies took part at Saturday's Widener University Invitational. Team scoring was not held at the event.

Robert Krauss was the top Delaware Valley finisher as he took fourth in the javelin with a throw of 140 feet. He was also 15th in the shot put with a toss of 37 feet, 1 inch.

On the women's side, Meghan Kolb finished in the top 15 in three events as she was 12th in the triple jump (29-3.25), 15th in the long jump (13-11) and 15th in the 100-meter dash (15.39). Beth Alexander placed 12th in the shot put with a toss of 28 feet.
