Worcester State College 7, Delaware Valley 4

FORT MEYERS (FL) -- Kirstyn Ruhling's three-run homer was enough as Delaware Valley College suffered a 7-4 loss to Worcester State College in Florida.

The loss was the third straight for the Aggies as they fell to 1-4 on the season.

Delaware Valley scored all four of its runs in the sixth inning, keyed by Ruhling's first collegiate home run that plated Amy DeBuck and Fawn Harmer. Ruhling, who came in relief of Stephanie Raziano on the mound in the fourth inning, went 1-for-3 at the plate.

Later in the inning, Katie Leach reached base on an error, stole second and came around to score on another Worcester State miscue.
