Lebanon Valley College 8, Delaware Valley 0 (Game 1 - 5 innings)
Delaware Valley 3, Lebanon Valley College 2 (Game 2)

ANNVILLE (PA) - Delaware Valley College moved its record to 4-7 on the season as the Aggies split a non-conference doubleheader at Lebanon Valley College. The Aggies dropped an 8-0 decision in the opener, but came back to take the nightcap, 3-2.

Delaware Valley trailed 1-0 in the second game before Katie Leach's double in the third inning scored Kim Harle. The Aggies then took the lead for good in the fourth as they scored two runs on two hits and a pair of Lebanon Valley errors. Maureen Ferguson brought home one of the runs with an RBI single while an errant throw on the same play made it 3-1.

The Flying Dutchmen (8-2) pulled to within one in the fifth and put the tying run on third base with one out in the sixth inning. However, Delaware Valley pitcher Kirstyn Ruhling got Gina Battistelli to hit into a double play.

Ruhling came into the game in relief of Stephanie Raziano in the fourth inning and allowed just one run and three hits while picking up her third win of the season (3-2). Six different players notched a hit for the Aggies.

Ruhling started the opener and allowed just two earned runs and four hits in four innings of work, but Lebanon Valley hurler Kelly O'Toole was the story as she notched a five-inning, no-hitter (game called in the fifth due to the eight-run mercy rule). O'Toole allowed just one runner as Nicole Dorney reached on an error in the second inning.
