Delaware Valley 9, Villa Julie College 7

NORTH MYRTLE BEACH (SC) -- Returning all-Freedom Conference honoree Tammy Banks went 3-for-4 with three RBIs to lead Delaware Valley College to a 9-7 victory over Villa Julie College on Thursday.

Banks also scored two runs in the contest as the Aggies improved to 4-3 on the year. Jen Welsh added two hits and knocked in one run. Freshman pitcher Megan Chapin picked up her first collegiate victory.
