Delaware Valley 11, Stonehill College 3 (5 innings)

MYRTLE BEACH (SC) -- The Delaware Valley College softball team improved to 4-0 on the season with an 11-3 triumph over Stonehill College in South Carolina. The game was called in the fifth inning due to the eight-run mercy rule.

Sophomore Jennifer Moyer picked up her second win of the season as she did not allow an earned run in her five inngs of work. She also fanned two batters.

The Aggies managed just three hits but took advantage of four Stonehill errors. Tammy Banks and Christine Bowie knocked in two runs apiece with Bowie also scoring a pair of runs.
