Delaware Valley 10, Medaille College 2 (5 innings)

MYRTLE BEACH (SC) -- Sophomore shortstop Allison Suttie hit her first collegiate home run and knocked in four runs as Delaware Valley College posted a 10-2 triumph over Medaille College. The game was called after five innings due to the eight-run mercy rule.

Suttie went 2-for-3 in the game. After reaching on an error and scoring a run in the second inning, Suttie smacked an RBI double in the third inning to give the Aggies a 5-0 lead. Up 7-1 in the fourth, Suttie hit a three-run homer for the final runs of the day.

Wendy Strohl went 1-for-3 with two runs scored and an RBI double. The freshman also picked up the victory on the mound as she allowed two runs and six hits over five innings.
