ELIZABETHTWON (PA) - Elizabethtown College recorded its seventh consecutive shutout as the Blue Jays blanked visiting Delaware Valley College, 3-0, in a non-conference game.

Elizabethtown improved its record to 6-1-1, including a 6-0-1 mark during its shutout streak. The squad has now gone 668 minutes without allowing a goal. The loss dropped the Aggies to 2-6 on the year,

Elizabethtown scored one time in the first half as Jenna Russo took a pass from Jenny Fromuth and connected with 27:41 remaining in the stanza. Fromuth then scored a goal of her own 16 minutes into the second half and Elyse Carabello followed with 16:44 to go off a crossing pass from Russo.

The Blue Jays held 22-6 advantage. Cortney Bower stopped four shots in the loss while Kristen Kelly recorded one save and the shutout.
