Delaware Valley 2, Baptist Bible College 1

DOYLESTOWN (PA) -Lindsay Eversole made the most of Senior Day as the senior goalkeeper stopped 14 shots in Delaware Valley's 2-1 victory over Baptist Bible College in a non-conference game.

Eversole was one of five Aggies honored: Kate Decker, Emily Hane, Katie Leach and Andrea Pratt as the Aggies improved to 4-10 overall. Delaware Valley has another home game left this season during the upcoming week, but Saturday was the chance for family members to join in the celebration.

Eversole made six saves in the first half and eight more in the second. Meanwhile the Aggie offense struck two times in a four-minute span late in the first half for a 2-0 advantage. Ana Mecaj scored off a Janelle Smoyer assist with eight minutes to go, then set up Dana Ronyack with 4:06 remaining

Baptist Bible (8-8-2) scored its lone goal of the game midway through the second half as Stacey Simjian connected off an assist from Heather Scouten.
