DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Widener University scored a pair of first-half goals and made them stand as the visiting Pioneers posted a 2-0 shutout over Delaware Valley College in a non-conference women's soccer game.

Kate Gogola put Widener (2-4) on the board just 12:20 into the contest as she scored an unassisted goal. Alexis Brook followed with an unassisted tally 13 minutes later.

The Pioneers held a 24-13 advantage in shots. Lindsay Eversole kept the Aggies (1-3-1) in the game with 17 saves while Kelli Quinn stopped 10 shots and picked up the shutout.
