DOYLESTOWN (PA) - The University of Scranton women's soccer team notched its seventh shutout of the seasn in eight games with a 3-0 blanking of host Delaware Valley College in the Freedom Conference opener for both teams.

The Lady Royals, ranked 24th in Division III, improved to 7-0-1 on the year while the Aggies fell to 1-4-1.

Katrina Banfe scored two goals for Scranton while Sara Suchoski opened the game's scoring with her eighth tally of the year. All three goals came in the first half.

Lindsay Eversole stopped 17 shots in goal for Delaware Valley.
