FDU-Florham 2, Delaware Valley 0

MADISON (NJ) -- Laura Estrada and Ashleigh Hoey scored goals three minutes and 55 seconds apart as FDU-Florham blanked visiting Delaware Valley College, 2-0, in a Freedom Conference game.

FDU-Florham improved to 4-4-1 overall and 2-0 in conference play with the victory. The Aggies fell to 1-5-1, 0-2.

Estrada put the Devils on the board with 19 minutes left in the first half off a cross from Kathleen Rivera. Hoey followed with an attempted cross that hit a Delaware Valley defender and went in the net.

Delaware Valley was outshot, 22-9, in the contest. Lindsay Eversole made 12 saves in the loss.
