Elizabethtown College 7, Delaware Valley 1

ELIZABETHTOWN (PA) - Elizabethtown College scored four goals in the first 15:24 of the game and cruised to a 7-1 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a non-conference game.

Brian Healy tallied the first two goals for the Blue Jays (4-2-3) at 3:08 and 12:13 while Daniel Gring (13:26) and J.T. Liss (15:24) made it 4-0.

Delaware Valley (0-10-1) got on the scoreboard midway through the first half as Ryan Ponnwitz scored his second goal of the season off assists from Chris Wellington and Mike Mayne.
Elizabethtown then notched three goals in the second half to end the scoring. Chris Zirpoli made 11 saves in the loss.
