MADISON (NJ) - Matt Sidie scored two goals in the final 12:08 to give Drew University a 2-0 victory over visiting Delaware Valley College in a Freedom Conference game.

After a scoreless first half, the Rangers, who were the Division III runner-up last season, pounded out 19 shots in the second stanza. They finally struck with 12:08 to go as Sidie scored off an assist from Brian Dempsey. Sidie then had an unassisted tally with 1:03 to go.

Drew (10-5-1, 4-1 Freedom) outshot the Aggies (0-16-1, 0-4-1) by a 28-14 margin. Chris Zirploi kept Delaware Valley in the contest as the junior made 14 saves.
