Lebanon Valley 4, Delaware Valley 3

DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Scott Montgomery and Ian Moreland scored two goals apiece as Lebanon Valley College picked up a 4-3 non-conference victory over host Delaware Valley College.

Montgomery scored the opening of the game but Delaware Valley's Dan Wickerham tied it up with 6:01 left in the first half. Moreland regained the lead for the Flying Dutchmen (3-1-1) 13 minutes into the second half, but the Aggies (0-5) tied it again as Mick Hannan set-up Kyle Knouse for the senior's second goal of the season.

Montgomery and Moreland responded by notching goals three minutes apart for a 4-2 Lebanon Valley advantage. Delaware Valley made a late rally and pulled to within one with 2:16 to go as Michael Mayne scored his first collegiate goal off a Michael Taylor assist. However, the Aggies could not get another shot on goal in the final moments.

Nick Farda stopped five shots in net for Delaware Valley.
