2008 Commonwealth Conference & Freedom Conference Golf Championships
Delaware Valley College and Elizabethtown College are proud to
serve as hosts of the 2008 Commonwealth Conference and Freedom Conference
Golf Championships. The championships will take place on Saturday
and Sunday, April 26 and 27 at the Hershey Country Club in Hershey,
Pennsylvania and it will be under a new format as 36 holes (as opposed
to the previous 54 holes) will determine the champions.
Tee time is set for 8:00 a.m. at the East Course on both days (one
conference will start at hole 1 and the other at hole 10). If one
of the days is affected by the weather, the championships will extend
to Monday, April 28 with a tee time of 8:00 a.m.
Teams competing at the Commonwealth Conference Golf Championships
are: Albright College, Elizabethtown College, Lebanon Valley College,
Lycoming College, Messiah College and Widener University.
Team competing at the Freedom Conference Golf Championships are:
Arcadia University, Delaware Valley College, DeSales University,
FDU-Florham, King's College, Manhattanville College and Wilkes University.
