READING (PA) - Eric Whitmore's one-under-par 71 helped lead Delaware Valley College to a three-match sweep at the Golden Oaks Country Club. The Aggies notched a team score of 301 to down host Albright College (316), Alvernia College (338) and Lebanon Valley College (no team score - not enough golfers).

Delaware Valley is now 6-1 on the season and will return to action on Monday when it travels to New Jersey to battle FDU-Florham and Albright.

Whitmore's round was the sophomore's best showing this season. Junior Mike Everingham added a 75 while seniors Shawn Cooper and Lou Shults completed the team scoring with rounds of 76 and 79 respectively. Shawn Miller (82), Scott Gingrich (90) and Joe Lynch (92) also competed on the course but were not factors in the team scoring.
