Delaware Valley "A" Team 322, DeSales University 342, Delaware Valley "B" Team 344, Widener University 362

WARMINSTER (PA) -- The Delaware Valley College golf team opened its 2004 by sweeping a tri-match at the Five Ponds Golf Club. The Aggies notched a four-player score of 322 to top both DeSales University (342), Widener University (362). Delaware Valley also fielded a second squad and the four members combined for a 344.

Mive Everingham paced the Aggies with an eight-over-par 79. Shawn Cooper and Lou Shults each recorded an 8-0 while Rob Difflin and Joe Lynch added 83's.

The "B" squad saw Nate Pearson shoot the top round of the day with a seven-over-par 78. Dustin Pierce followed with an 83 while Joe Bubbenmoyer and Jeff Pianelli shot 89 and 94 respectively.
