DOYLESTOWN (PA) - Savannah Bayer scored with no time remaining in the first half and Julia Garofalo scored in the early moments of the second to lift Moravian College to a 2-0 victory over host Delaware Valley College in a non-conference game.

The Greyhounds (3-3) were awarded a corner opportunity in the closing seconds of the half. Delaware Valley could not get defensive control of the ball to end the half and Moravian's Savannah Bayer eventually put the ball in the cage for a 1-0 advantage.

Then just 83 seconds into the second stanza, Julia Garofalo converted a Kayla Carson pass into a goal for a 2-0 lead. Moravian's defense took care of the rest as it held an Aggie team averaging six goals and 22 shots per game to just 11 shots on Tuesday.

Maura Acox made six stops and picked up the win while Jackie Deschenses notched two saves for Delaware Valley (5-2).
